Keep the last two rows in mind: the transaction record and the game history are different lists, and a missing deposit is looked for in the first, not the second.

What the deposit tab does

The deposit tab is where money enters. You pick a channel from the list shown, enter an amount, send it from your wallet and keep the reference your wallet gives you. The terms say the receiving account changes from time to time, so open the deposit screen fresh for every deposit and send to the account it shows at that moment, never one you saved weeks ago.

Follow this order each time:

1. Log in and open the deposit screen from a fresh page.
2. Read the channel list and the minimum and maximum printed on that screen.
3. Check your wallet’s own balance and limit against the amount.
4. Send the payment and screenshot the wallet’s confirmation with its reference number.
5. If the balance does not move, write to Customer Service with the reference.

What the withdrawal tab does

The withdrawal tab sends winnings out. The help centre says a withdrawal account is not asked for at registration but must be bound before the first withdrawal, and that the holder’s name cannot be changed once bound. It also says the fund password is entered for every withdrawal and that the lobby charges nothing for withdrawing.

Payment method: what to prepare in your wallet

A payment method is the route your money travels, and the lobby’s own notices name two of them: Maya and GCash. The preparation is the same for both. Your wallet needs enough balance, a limit high enough for the amount, and an account name that matches your identity documents.

1. Your wallet’s profile: Basic or Fully Verified.

Reading the wallet pages for GCash and Maya

Each wallet has a reference page on this site. Use the one that matches the wallet you hold, and read the other only if you plan to switch.

Each page quotes the wallet’s own figures and attributes them to the wallet, never to 007JL. Neither page says 007JL accepts a method the lobby has not named, and neither carries a 007JL fee or limit because none is published.
