Malta Gaming Authority, UK Gambling Commission and PAGCOR are on record for Pragmatic Play, historical and no longer current. • UK Gambling Commission — The UKGC public register lists Pragmatic Play (Gibraltar) Limited under account 56015 with licence 056015-R-332216-005, and the register confirms it as active.
• PAGCOR — historical, and no longer current — September 2016 was when Pragmatic Play made its PAGCOR offshore gaming licence public. All offshore licences had to lapse by 31 December 2024, and PAGCOR confirmed they were cancelled, which means the Philippines has abolished that whole framework since. Anyone can still find the 2016 announcement online, and it continues to be quoted as though it were current. It is not.

So when you see a Pragmatic RTP quoted, read it as the best configuration on offer; any given operator may be running something else.

This matters more than it sounds. Where a return-to-player figure comes from decides how much it is worth, and a number that circulates among comparison sites without a primary source behind it is evidence of nothing.
