007JL Maya Reference Number: Where It Is and When It Is Asked

A Maya reference number is the identifier attached to one transfer in your wallet, and it is the item every support desk asks for first. If you paid a 007JL deposit from Maya and the balance did not move, this is the number that lets the wallet, the receiving bank and the lobby’s chat all talk about the same payment. The steps below follow Maya’s own help center, read on 2 October 2026.

Steps to find the Maya reference number

Maya’s articles describe the number as shown in your transaction history or receipt, so the search starts there.

1. Log in to the Maya app and open the Transactions list.
2. Tap the transfer you are chasing.
3. Read the reference number on the transaction details or receipt.
4. Copy the amount, date and time next to it.
5. Take a screenshot of the receipt so the number cannot be mistyped.

Maya’s help center says transactions should appear in the in-app history in real time. If yours is missing, the cause is usually the method; read the section on PESONet below.

Which number is which

Maya’s pages use “reference number” for several things. Mixing them up is the most common reason a desk cannot find a transfer.

Using the number on a transfer that was not credited

For InstaPay, Maya’s help center gives a matching test: the 6-digit InstaPay Ref No. in your history should match the last 6 digits of the invoice or reference number in the recipient bank’s transaction details. Ask the recipient to download a PDF copy of the bank’s history, because Maya says the PDF can show credits the banking app does not.

After that comes the wait. If the amount is still not credited after 2 banking days, Maya says to prepare the amount, the date and time and the reference number and to contact the receiving bank or e-wallet. A PESONet transfer follows a posting schedule: one made from 10:01 AM to 1:00 PM is expected by 1:00 PM the same day, and one made on a weekend or holiday is expected by 10:00 AM on the next banking day.

When a casino cashier asks for it

The lobby’s own notices name Maya and GCash, and the lobby’s help centre says the receiving account on the deposit screen changes from time to time. When you write to the Customer Service chat in the 007JL side menu about a deposit that did not show, send the reference number, the amount, the time and the receiving account you paid, in one message. The help centre says the lobby’s transaction record shows 30 days, so raise it while the entry is still on that screen.

1. Open the deposit screen fresh and note which receiving account it shows now.
2. Compare it with the account you paid, as written on your Maya receipt.
3. Open Customer Service in the side menu and send the four details together.
4. Keep the Maya receipt until the lobby balance matches.

Maya’s chat and hotline

Maya’s help center names the Maya Support Chat inside the app as the first desk: log in, tap the Help Center icon at the upper right, scroll to the bottom and tap Chat with us. It also lists (+632) 8845-77-88 and 1800-1084-57788 toll-free, and says it aims to address a concern within 15 days. Maya’s complaint article asks you to bring transaction details including account and reference numbers, screenshots and any earlier ticket number.
