007JL Contact: Where Each Kind of Problem Goes
Two different kinds of problem end up here, and they go to two different places. A problem with your account goes to the lobby. A problem with a page on this site goes to the 007JL Team, and the way to send it is described below.
Account problems go to the lobby
This site is a player-side reference. It cannot see your account, your balance, your deposits or your withdrawals, and it cannot change any of them. Anything that concerns your account has to be raised with the operator.
In the lobby, open the Customer Service entry in the side menu or in the footer. It opens a live chat in a new browser tab. The lobby’s terms describe that web-based chat as the only genuine channel, so a message sent anywhere else, including to this site, will not reach your account.
| Your problem | Where it goes |
|---|---|
| Cannot log in, or forgot the password | The Customer Service chat |
| A deposit or withdrawal question | The Customer Service chat |
| Wrong withdrawal account details | The Customer Service chat |
| A bonus or turnover question | The Customer Service chat |
| A sentence on this site is wrong | The 007JL Team, as described below |
This site prints no handle, number or address for the lobby, and no page on it will ever ask you to contact someone off the lobby’s own chat.
No e-mail address is published
There is no e-mail address on this site. There is no contact form, no inbox, and no social media account for it, and none should be trusted if it claims to be one. A message that arrives from an address, handle or number claiming to be the 007JL Team is not from this site.
Reporting a problem with a page
When a page here states something that is wrong, out of date or unclear, the useful report has four parts.
- The page address, copied from the browser bar.
- The sentence that is wrong, quoted as it reads.
- What you saw instead, for example on the lobby’s own screen.
- The date you saw it, because the lobby changes.
A report with those four parts can be checked against the lobby the same day. A report without them cannot be matched to a sentence, so write all four down before you send anything.
Before you contact anyone
If your question is whether the lobby is the right place for you, read the about page first: it says how the site gathers facts and what it cannot see. The terms page covers the rules for using this site.
If the problem is that play has stopped being fun, do not contact a lobby or a site. Open the responsible gaming page and set a limit or take a break. You must be 21 or over to use anything on this site.
