Playthrough is the total you stake before a reward becomes withdrawable. You win something, the balance shows a lock, and the lock opens only after you have staked a set multiple of the reward. If your balance will not withdraw, playthrough is the first place to look.
It sits at the centre of every kind of reward in the casino rewards and their term lines, so this page is the sum you will use most. All amounts below are examples with round numbers, never 007JL’s terms. Read the terms of the promotion itself on the Promosyon list for its multiple.
The sum: base times multiple
Playthrough = base x multiple. The base is the line that surprises people.

Playthrough requirement: what counts toward it
Not every peso you stake moves the counter. Four lines decide it.
- Eligible games: only the listed lanes count.
- Game weighting: a game at 10 percent counts ₱10 for every ₱100 staked.
- Maximum stake: a stake above the cap may be ignored or void the reward.
- Voided rounds and bets on both sides of one outcome, which typically do not count.
Example: a ₱2,000 playthrough, played on a game that counts 50 percent, needs ₱4,000 of staking, because each ₱100 stake moves the counter by ₱50.
Spotting a playthrough that is stuck
The counter has not moved after you played
Check that the game you used is on the eligible list and that your stakes were below the maximum stake line. Then ask the Customer Service chat to read your progress back to you.
The reward expired with playthrough left
Unmet playthrough at expiry is forfeited under most terms. Next time, divide the staking owed by the days to expiry before you accept.
The balance is locked after a win
A reward balance stays locked until the bonus is complete, as the help centre says. Finish the playthrough on eligible games, then request the withdrawal.

A ₱2,000 playthrough is ₱2,000 of bets. If that is more than you would play anyway, decline the reward.
