Maya publishes its own support pages at support.maya.ph, and that is where a missing or failed transfer gets its authoritative answer. If you paid a 007JL deposit from Maya, the wallet’s help center explains the wallet half of the problem: whether the money left, where it is and when it is returned. This page maps the sections and the articles that matter, read on 2 October 2026, and points back to the lobby for the other half.
What the Maya help center holds
The home page offers a search box, a Track your ticket link, a Service availability link and a list of common questions. Below those it sorts everything under six topics.
| Topic on Maya’s page | What sits under it for a payment problem | What distinguishes it |
|---|---|---|
| Getting started | PESONet transfers, how to file a complaint | Posting schedule by time of day |
| Cashing in & out | Why a cash-in fails | A four-point checklist on the source account |
| Managing your account | InstaPay transfers not credited, scam reports | Steps ending with a banking-day wait |
| Features & services | Transaction history, savings, card concerns | Real-time history |
| Safety & security | Security topics, with the hacked-account steps in Maya’s articles | Fraud form and hotline |
| Promos & deals | Maya’s own promotions | Maya’s deals, separate from anything on a casino lobby |
The home page also shows a Maya hotline, a 24/7 chat inside the Maya app and a promise to address a concern within 15 days.
Which article covers a failed or missing transfer
Maya’s articles split by rail. Pick the one that matches how you sent the money.
- InstaPay to another bank: “I sent money to another bank via InstaPay but it wasn’t credited, what do I do?”
- PESONet to another bank: the matching PESONet article, with its own posting schedule.
- A cash-in that fails: “What should I do if my Cash-in transaction fails?”
- A transaction missing from history: “I made a transaction, but it hasn’t appeared in my history yet.”
- Someone tricked you into paying: “Someone scammed me and tricked me into sending money.”
- Charges you did not make: “My account was hacked and I see transactions I didn’t make.”
Once a deposit has left your Maya balance, the article that helps is the one for the rail you used, plus the lobby’s chat.
The steps Maya gives for a transfer that was not credited
The InstaPay and PESONet articles follow the same pattern. Maya’s help center puts it this way:
- Check Maya’s Service Availability Status page. If a service interruption hit your transaction, Maya says it returns the money on the next banking day or sends it to the recipient within 2 banking days.
- Ask the recipient to check their balance and their offline transaction history; Maya says a bank’s PDF history can show entries the banking app hides.
- For InstaPay, match the 6-digit InstaPay Ref No. in your Maya history with the last 6 digits of the recipient bank’s invoice or reference number.
- Wait 2 banking days if the amount is still not reflected.
- Contact the receiving bank or e-wallet with the amount, the date and time and the reference number.
The PESONet article adds a posting table, for example a transfer made between 10:01 AM and 1:00 PM is expected by 1:00 PM the same day, and one made between 4:01 PM and 12:00 AM is expected by 10:00 AM the next banking day. Where to read the reference number itself is on the Maya reference number steps.
Reaching Maya when the articles are not enough
Maya’s help center names two channels. The chat is reached by logging in, tapping the Help Center icon at the upper right, scrolling to the bottom and tapping Chat with us; Maya says the chatbot is on 24/7 and can connect you to a live agent or help file a ticket. The hotline numbers are (+632) 8845-77-88 and 1800-1084-57788; Maya’s complaint article says the hotline is open daily from 8 AM to 7 PM and takes calls 24/7 for emergencies such as lost phones or unauthorized transactions.
If a concern is still open, Maya’s complaint article asks you to prepare the transaction details, screenshots, any earlier ticket number and prior messages, then tell the agent you want a formal complaint. Maya says it addresses a complaint within 15 calendar days and gives you a ticket number to track it.
What the lobby handles instead
The lobby’s help centre says the receiving account on the deposit screen changes from time to time, so a transfer sent to an old account is both a wallet matter and a lobby matter. Maya’s pages cover the first; the Customer Service chat in the 007JL side menu covers the second, and the terms call that web-based chat the only genuine channel. Read 007JL’s own limits and fees on its deposit screen once logged in.
